Rosemary Clooney - Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis parlayed their nightclub success at the Skinny Damato run 500 Club in Atlantic City into a film and TV career. Normally the two did not mix, but the Martin and Lewis handlers were shrewd in blending the promotional value of TV with the cash box from their movies. By the way, the TV money wasn`t so bad and Dean Martin, who later starred in the Dean Martin Show, also on NBC, became a very large shareholder in the NBC parent RCA.
